i sit here in the computer lab for about 4 hrs everyday because i commute to school for now. i have a shitload of time to burn too. i was wondering if there were any ways to make some money online. i thought of opening a daytrading account, or just playing partypoker.net for $. any other ideas?

You won't make much day trading. If you are any good at poker, play some online games. On Pacific Poker there are free tournies every afternoon I beleive. Thousands of people play, but it goes by fast and you can win good money.

You could make money day trading... that is if you have the $25k required by most online brokerages to setup an account that allows you to make more than some rediculously low 6 trades (buying counts as one, and selling counts as one) per week. I did well for a day, then my account was suspended and I got charged up the ass... Stick to penny stocks... they're your friend, and wont make you exceed your trading limit.
