The movers came on Monday and Tuesday

10 crates or approximately 10000 lbs of all my house hold goods are on the way to Washington DC. For all those who send parts to my house in Germany please ask me from now for a case by case basis.

Put it this way it took 4 case just to do my tool and storage room.

My jet is still broke here in Germany at Ramstein. It has been broke since I left Baghdad on Saturday morning.

My unit has 16 C-5a's which are identical to C-5b's with the exception on the MWS system. Missile warning systems.

The C-130's in various forms are technically a jet. A turboprop. It has a turbine engine driving a shaft reduction gearing to a prop shaft. So it is a jet technically. Just it's a baby jet when parked beside mine.

It holds 6 pallets and mine holds 36 pallets. The space under the tail in my aircraft is the same size as the cargo hold of a 130 and it's an unpressurized, unused area. For that matter I have carried a C-130 fuselage inside our jet that was going to the USAF Muesam in Wright Patterson afb in Ohio.

                            C-5, C-Schmive...

This is a real man's plane:

The museum where the Spruce Goose is stored now is about 25-30 minutes from my house. The thing is gargantuan! It makes you feel like an ant standing next to it.
