It was 2am on a Tuesday night by LAX. Cops have nothing better to do in Westchester then fuck with a lowered E30, with exhaust, blacked out tails, and a big Decal on the rear windshield.
It'll be thrown out the minute the judge sees it. There is a 10 mph leeway given in court. He can just ask for the judge to lower the speed on the ticket and it should be thrown out. That's pretty fucking ridiculous! Fuck CHP!

Chris, my buddy Scott is in the process of fighting a ticket via TBD. He got a 72 in a 65 and no front plate on the way to bimmerfest this year. The CHP was out in force and targeting BMW's, but common!!! 72 in a 65? Puhleeeaze.Leave a comment:

Hahaha, I'm surprised you actually got a ticket for that. Most cops around here can't be bothered to give a damn, or rather most likely they don't know that's not legal.Leave a comment:

I won a ticket using Trial By Declaration!
Fuck the PO-LICE! :finger:
Looks like it doesn't take much to out do a pig in court.
I simply extended my court date once, and sent in the Trial By Declaration form in with my bail. All I wrote as my argument, so not to further incriminate myself in trial, was "Not Guilty." However I clearly would've been guilty had the officer sent in his side of the story...hehehehe :nice:
Looks like the cop never sent in his paperwork, or the judge didn't care enough. Either way, I used up both my traffic schools last year, so I was either getting the point, or not. I found out this was my best way of fighting it, and it was well worth it. $169 back in my pocket baby! :pimp:Tags: None
