    How much would you pay for this car?

    Hes local but I think its to much for my budget. Because im going to need to fix it up.
    Ive seen it in person the seats are pretty torn up (he doesnt show in pics)
    Dying for a paint job all over. ALL over lol
    Engine bay is unclean but no big deal
    It has 162k miles
    auto trans (i prefer manual but i need to spend money to do swap)
    rusted sunroof but he provides with a new one.
    Keeping in mind the transmission change, paint job and interior.
    How much would you pay?
    Am i being a cheap a$$?
    Or is the car really worth 5k?

                      Car looks great in pics. I've never seen it in person. I wouldn't buy an automatic but some people like 'em.

                          me either but i was planning on doing the swap anyhow. It looks very different in the pictures. To me i had no doubt i would buy it for 5k when i saw it online. Then in person i seriously doubted it, seriously. But im just wondering if its just me, idk.

                                                  If you tell me yes can you give me some reasons?
                                                  I have to pay around 1+ k to paint the whole thing
                                                  Prolly around 400 to 500 for interior
                                                  And 600 for swap. Thats alot of money to go from 5k.

                                                          i never pay asking price either, but he doesnt budge. No one has bought it from him in over a week and he doesnt even return my calls. I want the car but how will i buy it without the seller?...So frustrating
