    so the cf "wire cover" doesn't actually cover the "wires"?

    anyone used it before and/or have pics?

        OP - that's blower fan cover, the other cover you are thinking about from the e30m3/318is cars go OVER it to hide the wiring.

              Because it's a convertible, look at the sides of the strut towers. Some e30s came with batteries upfront (early 318 cars is another example).
