War chip would be a good idea for you. I wanna see that m30 swap running, that would be a hoot. Any mods to the head?

i am going to throw together another SETA motor with some total seals and a balance job, arp headstuds, and find another head "i" and do the headwork myself (what was done to the head on it is a crappy clean up job at best). that will give me a motor out of the car to fab the M-90 mounts up on then have my friend CAD them and make machine them out of alum (it is good to have friend in the Aerospace industry) might even offer them for sale, who knows.

i am also finishing up fabbing a breather catch can so i don't have to vent the valve cover into the intake and figuring out the mounting for my system1 and RX-7 oil cooler. i am thinking of running 2 of them, 1 for oil, 1 for the heat exchanger for the intercooler.

the more that i can get figured out ahead of time, the easier it should be to do the swap.

a SETA running 10-15 lbs of boost should be a hoot for sure. however throw a M30B3.5 in there, that should be fing crazy!

here is a shot down the ITB, see the lip/step on the head that they did not blend into the intake manifold, i will fix that among other things when i do the other head

        Update

after some minor problems when i thought that i dropped a bolt into the head through the injector boss then had the magnet come out of my "magnet on a stick" and firmly adhear itself to the intake valve and fishing it out. the 28LB injectors are in and running beautifully!

now the car hits open loop and full rich where i did not before, it just when open loop and did not get enough fuel. it sounds better, gets better mileage, no more off idle stumble, pulls harder.....it is just all around better!

i had to turn the signal conditioner up 1 click on the ACCEL, down (leaner ) 2 clicks on the HIGH adj, and down 1 click on the LOW adj. that got it close, i am going to work on the tuning it later tonight when there is no traffic to see if i can get anymore power out of it. right now the jump from 4K-6K is in the blink of an eye, like it should be with everything done to it, and it just humms along at 145KM happy as can be in 4th gear!
