    Okay I took it apart, Its really simple, just a huge spring with a diapragm.

    The piston pushes in now, but it takes a bit of force, like two hands of force.

    does that seem right for 8-12 PSI?

      Yes...my 6psi spring is a heavy bitch.


      Look at the thing and think how the exhaust would flow through it.....Hint: exhaust should flow the same direction the WG opens.

      Boost line off the turbo goes on the bottom port to OPEN the diaphragm.

          Force = area * pressure

          area = pi * radius^2
          '89 335is +turbo
