It's easy enough to track down a legal AK47 in the states, all you need to do is bring the approriate components off of the automatic one home with you.
Blow those SA-7 and 9's up asap as I don't want another chasing me around the desert. Weapons of mass destruction?? They are everywhere in this shit hole. They get issued them instead of common sense items I swear.

Another one? Been there, done that?
Yes, and care not to be freaking out like that again. Thanks.

my grandfather, my dad, and I have built about 20 AK's with some of our friends, but we could only get the semi- recievers... if only we had those auto- recievers... $$$$
I know of two people around here that have had some ATF issues after sending some of the lower receivers back to the states.
I can tell you that my AK is extremely accurate up to around 300M. I was a little shocked on how accurate it really is. It definitely has a long trigger that can easily contribute to inaccuracy. I plugged around 200 rds through it (after removing it from the factory package plastic bag) and it is 'dead on'. In full auto mode it is nearly impossible to control. The first round will go where you want it to then it will take about another 10-15 rounds to get back on target. As with most automatic weapons, it goes through too much ammo too quickly. I would love to get this back to the states.
The pictures that I posted are an extremely small part of what we are dealing with over here. We have some reventments with thousands of 1000 lb bombs. We have a reventment of 30mm HEP-T with a quantity in the 10,000,000 range. It is literally a crazy amount of ammo from nearly every corner of the earth. The funny part is that Saddam didn't have a delivery system for much of this ammo. It is hard to fire the bullet if you don't have the gun. The quantity of mines (anti-tank and anti-personel) is staggering. I would "underestimate" that there are in excess of 5,000,000 of them around here. RPGs are a whole other issue. We have already destroyed millions and have probably just scratched the surface.
Those jet/rocket motors are pretty crazy. They have multiple onboard fuel cells and what looks to be a very large centrifical blower. I'll try to take some better pictures of them. I was blown away on how light they are. I was able to easily pick one up and carry it to a pallet about 30 yards away. I would love to be able to box one up and send it home. My garage could use a cool toy like that.

I can't remember what the name of the jet engines are, but I know they have a huge surplus of those here in the US. They add the small jets on to the wings of propeller driven airplanes and larger aircraft to allow them to take off on shorter runways.
I'm thinking thats what those are, or they could be off a missle.
Eitherway, those look mighty bad ass and look like they would be a whole lot of fun to play around with. You might be the owner of the first jet powered e30.
Current BMW's:

That's called a JATO bottle and use solid propellant as fuel, not liquid as the pics he showed. Apples and Oranges.
