Cool Vintage Racer Debut - NHMS

Sunday marked the debut for one of our clients vintage race project.
This was the first time out for the car since the project started almost 2+ years ago. Here are a few photos from the day... enjoy.

Car still needs more of the original race livery graphics applied, but they did not arrive in time for the first outing.

All photos were taken by me, with minimal post-processing.

Looks beautiful, I'm loving the old school Motorsport livery too.

Is this a 3.0CSL or is it one of the old IMSA/ETCC cars with the 3.2/3.5 liter motor?

Built 3.0L w. Triple Webbers for the time being.

Will be replaced with an M88 at a later date I believe.

Wow. I guess I really missed out on a lot by doing NHMS yesterday instead of Sunday/Monday.

I missed the good weather (t-storms threatened all day, finally delivered in mid-afternoon), meeting UNCLE, and a rolling canvas of what VSR can do. :(

That was very polite of you, UNCLE. That Dannon Activia must be regulating your digestive system like a German metronome.
