I caught a ton of fish outside Yellowstone with canned corn.

That's like GA 400. The speed limit changes from 55 to 65, but I assure you the average speed travelled on it is 85.

In KS the only 55mph are friggin 2-lane roads like Hwy 56 and cops crawl all over them.
Nothing more fun though then to blow by a farmer in an old Dodge P/u at a 100mph in a shiny BMW and see he's face in your rear view like he saw a ghost go by.

As for the: "tax stamp law" for marijuana, lets not forget that cannabis was made illegal disgused as tax reformation, b/c everyone grew the shit it was impossible to tax correctly and so they made it illegal, WTF were they thinking back then, F**K.

So yeah anyone who gets popped for a felony poss. with intent to sale get pinched for tax stamp also.
I hear they have them down at the State building in Topeka, that you can apply for them and they will issue them, to some people, pretty dumb though, "uhh yeah I got some herb to sell I need tax stamps" "here sir fill out this KBI form; Uh I mean tax form" WTF

I always wanted to see one though or have one for fun.
I hear 3 people in KS actually legally have them.
