I love your project! How big of a difference performance wise is it with those filter cones on the end of your itb's? I never seen that done before? Was it hard to do and can it be don't to a s50? Thanks

Actually the performance is quite substantial but as you can see there is no cold air feed pipe connecting it to the front of the car to get in more cooler air.. Since this engine is compression and runs quit hot this is necessary.. The BMC CDA box actually gave me an additional 7hp and the sound is great... it will work on an S50 or any other vehicle since this is a universal air box....

I will take a pic with the cold air feed pipe attached.. Its not good as is because it just sucks in hot air...

i wonder if ypu can put a heat shield under the filters that blocks the the hot air from getting into them, then cutting out a hood scoop to feed them cold air! that would be sick. will it only work on a euro s550 or a s50b30us aswell? thanks

That could also work also.. Thats if u want to cut ur hood up for such an opening..

Should also work for the euro s50's as well
