      We had one come through the shop a long time ago. I do remember something about an insanely priced alternator and how it was different from a standard one, but I cant recall that now.

      Bullet-proof panels dont stop it from being a V12 E32. The owner has more to be worried about than dodging bullets. That's my opinion though. And a protection car is definitely bad-ass, no question.

          I recall seeing an e38 a few years ago with the Protection Package. It was ridiculously expensive... and awesome. Unfortunately, as of last month, it is now illegal to own an armored vehicle in Alberta.

              the windows and doors might be bullet proof, but the BMW V12's are far from it..
              They get the death shake,
              they like to shit crank bearings on the 6/7 cylinders..
              yeah, rebuild a v12 if you like spending real money....
