    Hooray... turbo rebuild!

Well, the big 16G turbo in my Talon needs a few seals replaced, so I'm gonna go ahead and rebuild it. I ordered a kit from ForcedPerformance.net, should be here in a few days. I'll take plenty of pictures as I do it. :)

Once again Matt, I'm not trying to be a dick here...

...but if this was a DSM forum, we might care.

Seeing as there are people on here w/turbo cars, I figured I'd post. DSMs weren't the only cars w/turbochargers, you know.

Come on guys, just because he's got a different kind of car doesn't make him a traitor or he went to the dark side... I'm sure he'll be back to owning a e30 at some point.

Hope for the best with your turbo rebuild.

I never meant to praise him for it, just seems like theres more to it then that. I'm not siding with anyone, I don't care.

The 1G in your sig looks clean. Good luck with the rebuild man. Im always a fan of the 1Gs, just not for a daily though because you probably already know that things seem to break......ALOT.

Turbo rebuilds don't fall under routine maintenance for most people.

Thanks Wes, yeah, most of the parts that would commonly "break" on a 1G have been replaced on this one, engine's freshly rebuilt, turbo's just feeling its age I suppose.
