    too bad.
    its prob. the same as europe. --- people just buy jap. crap and little italian crap boxes-- instead of actually "helping" the economy of the country they live in.

    if they would do it the way the germans are running the program, it would save the money of people they need to "get rid" of the cars.-- and the people that are going to buy a "used" junkyard engine arent the people that were going to buy a new GM car anyway.

      That would also require the gov't to actually build cars like the germans do, and they're much more interested in building like the japs. Then again, Obama LOVES spending money he nor the country has so since we're already at a 2 TRILLION dollar defecit for this fiscal year why not just keep adding, it's not like he's concerned!!!!!
