    Trailer Hitch for 91 E30...

Well I am leaving in two weeks for Mytrle Beach and wondering if there are any trailer hitches with removable receiver. The only kind I have found in a quick search is the Curtis style, where you just mount the ball to the tongue... any help would be great guys, thanks!

Towing in an e30 doesn't seem like a good idea to me...

Tows just fine. I bought the hitch from U-Haul. (same as your link) Ball type. I haven't seen receiver hitch for the E30. What do you want to tow? I tow a KTM dirt bike plus gear no problem. Still gets 24mpg at 65mph.

Hitch turns into a nice bike rack as well.

            Homemade Rack?

Is that a custom rack? Never seen one where the ball is supposed to b attached. I had a Da'Lan on my '91 318is. I need a bike rack solution for my cabrio that isn't trunk mounted.

durr, just read the link. 150lbs tounge weight, 1500lbs towing capacity. not bad.

how are you wiring the trailer lights?
