    FFFFFUUUUUUUU!!!!!!

I think you can get it repaired. Start looking for eta/iS comparable FS listings and ads in Roundel and any high line listings. You may even use Tavern Gnome's ~10K listing, and scabzzz as well...

Wow man, sorry to hear that, that sucks!

First off, its 100% the other persons fault, only time they will total it, is if the cost of damage is more then what the car is worth. Second. even if the person that hit you has the same ins. co., that will not effect you or your policy in anyway, hell it should be easier since everything is at the same ins. co.

If it somehow gets totalled, you can buy it back for a few hundred dollar and they will pay you out what the car is worth minus the buy back. If this does happen ( sure hope it wont) try and push the value of the car higher then what they say, ie it had euro bumpers, trunk etc etc.

I cringe every time I'm stuck in traffic or at a light, though. I had someone rear end me on the freeway while I was driving the Nova. I was at the very back of traffic and someone in a Silverado fell asleep at the wheel. :drink:

His insurance paid for it obviously, as I'm assuming the other person's insurance will pay for your damage

    Good luck, though.

^^ What I mean is that the other person is insured with the same company that I am.

Not sure about frame damage.... I hope not.

Thanks guys... It was a low-speed crash, and amazingly, the idiot's car went mostly under the rear bumper, where it crumpled my rear valence, met my spare tire well and promptly stopped. Rear valence is gone, rear bumper center is bent to shit, and the trunk doesn't sit flat now, but the quarter panels aren't buckled, amazingly.

Car hopefully won't be totaled. However, both she and I are insured under State Farm. Since there is no way they don't lose money in that situation, I assume that this insurance claim is going to be a bitch. Anyone have experience with claims from and against the same insco?

Dammit man, I don't even want to see pictures of the damage. I'll assume it's totalled (due to the euros and all,) best of luck getting the insurance work sorted out.
