No camber arms, you need either eccentric bushings like from bavauto, or the weld on IE rear camber kit, basically eccentric washers that do the same job.
Then don't go that low. That said, -3 isn't really THAT much. I ran -5 front at an autoX once and honestly loved the turn-in. It was too much though, around 3 is probably ideal. I run 1-2ish on the street for wear purposes but when I kept it like that for an ADSS it pushed like a bastard.
