Tints or no tints?

I have my white e30 tinted, 15 front, 5 rear. I absolutely love the contrast, it looks great. I'll take some pics for you. It'll look even better when I shadowline. The biggest issue is that I always have to roll down my windows at night when backing up, it's nearly impossible to see. If I were to do it again. I may go with 20 all around. With White e30's in particular, you have to go very dark, you won't get the contrast necessary if you do something like 35 or higher.

Also, I tinted my windows because I didn't have AC in Houston for a few years and needed something to help block the heat, My setup blocks/reflects something like 70-80% of the sun and heat, granted I also spent $400 and has a lifetime warranty.

I removed my tints. I like tints but i dont think it looks good on some e30 imo. But it does keep the seats safe.

35 or 45 all around looks good and still makes a big difference preserving your interior. I can't run without tint, summers get so hot here that the new vinyl interior on my 61 Mercedes was burned in spots.

I dont like tint at all, but it does keep the interior nice, ie. it reduces sun bake damage.

I have 20% all around on my car, and if I had the choice to do it again, I would've gone 35% or no tint at all.
