Jay Z is a stupid, stupid, money hungry bitch who will ruin and fuck up any song imaginable to fatten his wallet even more than it has to be. So what if he's got money.
Stupid fuck sucked after his second album.
yep. that guy pisses me off. he bites off everyone's fucking song.
i got even more pissed when he did the remix of "me and my girlfriend" by tupac when tupac hated that fucker.
he used to be great, 1st 2 albums are really good IMHO.
like everyone in the music world though, he sucks now.
As I stated. Glad to see people have some taste and know pop sucks donkeyballs.
bah, all of his shit was good. you just had to look past all of his commercial shit. there were quite a few songs i can recall where he actually called the people who bought the cds for his pop shit dumb, knowing they would never actually listen to anything but the commercial singles.
I retired my E30 for now...

okay, i'll give jay z the credit of having SOME good songs, and SOME great songs, but overall as an artist, he does not have the right to be called as one of the greatest rappers. His lyrics in every song always have a similar rhythm and flow to it, and his beats never change. It gets old after a while.

This is the quote, from Moment of Clarity (Black Album, 2003):
I dumbed down for my audience to double my dollars
They criticized me for it yet they all yell "HOLLA!"
If skills sold, truth be told, I'd probably be
lyrically, Talib Kweli
Truthfully I wanna rhyme like Common Sense
But I did five mill' - I ain't been rhymin like Common since
Here's another one for ya'll:
Motherfuckers -
say that I'm foolish I only talk about jewels
Do you fools listen to music or do you just skim through it?
How you rate music that thugs with nothin relate to it?
I help them see they way through it - not you
Can't step in my pants, can't walk in my shoes
Bet everything you worth; you lose your tie and your shirt
Taken from Renegade, off The Blueprint (2001 release).
You guys are funny....and not funny in an amusing way, but funny in a curious way. Half you haters ain't about nothing but spare parts. You talk like you know something but you ain't said anything. I am curious as to WHICH SONG or SONGS specifically are "out of sync". First i was offended until I realized that a few of y'all are just some pile on muthaphukkers with no real clues.

all this guy did was take the accapella black album, use dead tracks, and lay a drum loop over it that was off-tempo.
Damn...that easy, huh? Well, where's yo ish? If it's "just" that easy then let's hear it. You got 6 weeks to produce 14 tracks using your skills. Unless you are willing to step up to the challenge, you should not talk so much like you know what's up. You might not dig it, but you have NO idea of the effort put into it.
Check it.....2,218 COPIES sold so far and over 78,000 downloads......that's conservative number of people who think you're wrong. I've also had request from over 20 college stations for radio-friendly versions of songs.....and they ain't into cars, yo...they do music so I bet you can figure who has a better idea of which they speak.
TUH!
Articles about these remixes have been posted on hip hop, Grateful Dead, Phish, and other themed music sites in the US, Europe, and Japan. It's certainly you're right to "hate" my remixes, but don't start talking shit about them or I'm gonna call you out and expose your ignorance. I don't come up in here talking about old German cars because even though I know something about cars, I'm not totally schooled on these cars...ya see? I'm intelligent enough to say that that's just my personal opinion without having to justify it with some off-base remark which will only make me look silly.
Truth be told, I'm not a real BMW fan, but some those little cars in y'alls pix are hot....seriously cool looking little rides. Nice job. I could actually see me rocking a whip like that.
Ok...y'all drew me out with that silliness so let's put it past us and I encourage you to listen to the remixes again with an open ear. If you don't know much about Jay-Z or The Grateful Dead songs, then you may miss some of the connections, but I hope you can still dig the groove anyway. These remixes go a lot deeper than just throwing the vocals over some beats.
I put the songs up and your free to download and like or not like them. But please quit talking like you know ANYTHING about music unless you do. I'll be happy to address any questions and feel free to email me ... R3VLTD@spinjunkies.com
Thanks to Kansas for spreading the word, although I'd rather you linked to my homepage instead of the songs directly, but cool, cool

Say what you wish, I didn't like your remix. The end.
Many others will feel the exact same way, you have to expect that.
Well see...that's cool. You didn't like it, the end. No problem. It's the ignorant comments that brought me out. I said you can not like it and that's to be expected. Not everybody gets it.
But it's more like a few others as opposed to "many others". You guys don't even realize how late you are on this.....it's been out for about 8 months now....
I'm sorry you ain't feeling it. I have other remixes on my site and will soon have a CD of original music by myself and a hip hop group I'm producing, so check it out and see if any of it moves ya.
Thanks for the feedback and the honesty...you know that for every rude person there's some cat blowing smoke up your ass, so it's nice when i get it real
