Need help

Ok so i just got a 1991 318 2 days ago. I been driving it n the Brake lining light n ABS lights come on what does that mean? I also hear a grinding noise from my front right wheel when i brake hard from like 80. N also everytime i go over a speed bump i can here the front side of my wheel click or its the axle making a clicking noise. Any suggestions? Also where is a good place to buy slotted rotors with pads?

Haha wow, brake lining light is on and grinding when you hit the brakes, maybe look at them? Don't buy slotted rotors unless you're doing a dtm event, you don't need them just get vented rotors. ABS light could be your abs sensor, they tend to go bad on e30s.

The abs is probably the sensor, make sure your pads and rotors are still good.

it means you most likely need pads, rotors and new sensors.

Also clean your ABS sensors and rings when you have it all apart, mat be causing your abs light.

oh yea, and by the sounds of it, you may want to hire someone to do this work, because of your utter inexperience.

try reading the tech articles at pelican parts as a starter
