    arent most outboards aluminum??

    i would post on craigslist for some local diver. those guys love to be heroes and someone may do it for fairly cheap as a challenge. explain his situation that hes on disability and his one thrill in life is to fish etc etc. people love a sob story. if i read that and was a diver id help out
