It was after I had the defrosters running for awhile. Yeah, it wasn't a 5 inch thick sheet of ice like you guys have, LOL.

I was at my place in Florida over Turkey day and when it was getting into the upper 40s at night, people were acting like it was armageddon. I went to play golf Friday morning - it was 55 degrees, I'm wearing shorts (because I knew it would be up in the 70s during the round) and the bag drop kid is wearing gloves,a hat and drinking hot chocolate!!!!!

Lukas, you want cold, come see me in February when we get a snap of a week or so below zero - for the high. Better yet, go visit one of these guys in Minnesota where they can go for amonth at around zero or below.

In Sarasota, gulf water is a bit colder than here (school, WPB) on the east coast too.

This is crazy, I had a thick layer of ice on my escort's rear window, and there was ice in the parking lot where I park it at school all over the sidewalk. That doesn't happen in the valley.

How thick? I have had it so thick that you needed to chisel it off. Like over an inch.

Maybe a half a centimeter. Nowhere else but that back window fogs up. But this doesn't happen here.
