                      It's not so bad...it sucks, but it isn't too bad. Most of the mortars in Baghdad are only the little 60mm ones. There are enough hardened areas to take cover, if you feel the need to take cover. Kind of funny watching everyone run around when only 2 or 3 come in. You can definitely tell who is "new".
                      Don't forget the good things Hitler did.

                          My cousin joined JAG after 9/11 (he was done with his reserve commitment but felt he needed to do more) they said he would spend no more than 6 months in country, obviously that was way more than six months ago he has been in Afganistan this whole time and they say the freaking six months don't start until he gets to IRAQ!

                            Nah doesn't sound like you are getting full story. I can pull chocks if I want and go back to reserve status at anytime. I am doing it to further my career, aka I'm getting paid. Unless I get my Step date sooner.

                              I have spoken to him and asked wtf and he insists this is the case. He is a Major and for some reason they need a person with his rank/skills where he is and seem to not have a replacement. He is working to get out as his family needs him home.
