    www.semproducts.com has a where to buy search depending on your location. Most larger automotive stores should either have the SEM or Duplicolor for you.

                Just use krylon gloss black and then clear coat it. That's what the pros do. Remember to paint the inside of the lens chrome though so it reflects better. If you do it this way you won't lose any light output.
