      Yeah that's the problem. I spent forever looking for 2.25 ID SST pipe... either it's not available or I have to spend $150 for a minimum of 10'. I even live in the orthopedic capital of the world with over 120 metal shops in this city and tried every hook-up I have. Hmmm... titanium might be easier..

        Why exactly do you need 2.25 ID tubing ( it's not pipe ), does your welder not know how to do butt welds?

        OD stuff will work well,



        I'm sure if I looked at all I could find it cheaper.

              I need 2.25 ID because that is the exact diameter of the internal tip flare. AND it is the same size as stock... want to keep it looking somewhat factory in diameter.

                If you can tell the diff between 2.25 ID and 2.25 OD with the MK 1 eyeball in a blind test it would be a fucking miracle.
