Another that looks like it could use a bit of work. Not bad for the price though:

voodoo never installed the rear bumper cause it fit so horribly....

i'd advise against getting this kit.

other suggestions? .........no.. but why not consider a later e30 w/ plastic bumpers? then you don't have to deal with looking at diving boards till you eventually get a "body kit" of some sort. also opens your options for looking for a car. limiting your search to a specific year and a specific model for a 15 year old car does not give you all too many options, especially if you are not willing to travel a great distance.

also finding a better condition later model is often easier, as its been on the roads for a couple years less.

i see what you saying and yes it does make alot of sense. Ive been searching for 87-91 325is and 318is too. I wouldnt mind having a plastic bumper car(a few years newer, no divingboards....) but i would rather have an 87 325is(better options imo, higher rearache=less tuck = good imo). I am basically looking for any of them, which ever comes up first that is, only requirements is has to be in good mechanical condition, with no rust, relativly low miles (under 150k), 5spd, around $3000.

If everyone on this board that their way, we would all be driving silver or white 89 325is's with an M-Technic II bodykit, Ronal LS wheels, H&R springs/Bilstein Sports, M50 engines, and Euro ellipsoids.

Do whatever floats your boat. You have your reasons for getting an 87, so go for it.
