Not for his needs. Also, no one is commenting on which eibach or H&R spring they are recommending. I prefer H&R's for no good reason.

For any needs.
I had two sets. One on my Audi 90 quattro. Broke a spring with less then 2000 miles on it. swapped for H&Rs...was fine till the day I sold it. Bought some for my a4 quattro, the called me and told me to send them back due to a recall something about the metal getting weak and breaking. I just tend to stay away from them now.

I had H$R Cabrio-specific springs with Billie Sports, and RD 22/19 mm swaybars. Completely changed the handling and ride of the car for the better. Hell, most girls that have ridden in that and my stock M3 have preferred the cab suspension. (well, there was just one, and she's gone now. The M3 is still here. But I digress.) It was stiff, but definitely not too firm or harsh. You won't be unhappy with H&R.sigpic89 M3
