You can not ban someone because of bad grammer. I have a case of mild
dyslexia which affects my spelling and grammer. It would not be fair for the people who really do have difficaulty with english.

But people should try their best to make their posts ledgable, as I do. As much as i do have difficulty spelling and using grammer I try my best to use good england, i mean english.

I understand people from Europe and such having a hard time translating to English, that's understandable once someone looks to the left and can see where the OP came from, but someone from Boston, New York, or anywhere where English is the common language really needs to it together.

I'm not asking for people to use college level mid term paper grammar, but i am asking for a general common line of correct usage.

Err, England is a little country in Europe, The English invented the language, they're getting pretty good at the whole translating and understanding it thing. :p
