    Three pedals, one foot?

I'm just wondering, can any of you drive your five speed car with one foot? I was showed how to tonight and my mind was literally blown. I tried five times and couldn't get the car moving.

Have you made a purchase from www.blunttech.com recently?

I know a guy who drives a VW bus and has no right leg.

I also know a guy who rides a motorcycle with no left leg. (he has a special modified bike so he can shift)

    I've never tried.

S54B32 swap in progress. Status: Getting There

Ummm I've never thought about this. Elaborate?

If you release the clutch slow enough I guess the car might start rolling, then you can quickly use the gas? haha.

I can do it pretty easily with my retarded clutch. I can let the clutch out and just idle lol

Slowly disengage the clutch and it'll pull enough to start without the throttle. From there you can up- and down-shift without using the clutch pedal.

Kind of stupid to start the car up without using two fee though. Slips the hell out of the clutch.

Disclaimer-- By the way: driving without using the clutch isnt very bright and it's even worse if you dont know what you are doing.. It's fuh raze though and guaranteed to impress your peers (like your friend did, OP).

You can let any clutch out very slowly and the car will move using idle alone on a flat surface....Ain't all that hard. I've done it in traffic often, lots of time it's just the right speed :)

Exactly...easy if you have lots of torque to deal with. Try left foot braking instead...at first you'll brake more than you have to as your left foot isn't used to it....

Obviously, but these kids wouldn't be driving anything with that :p

The way I was showed, and tried was to rev the car up a bit in neutral, and before the rpms dropped too far (read: quickly) clutch in, first gear, clutch out and roll. It was fucking hard. This was done with what I'm told was a "puck" style clutch, though I'm not sure how many of these pucks are on this particular clutch.

I've driven my old car with one foot out the window. Not terribly easy, but I was able to do it in light stop and go traffic. If you're starting up a hill or in a rush though, forget it.
