airbag keep or not?

if you guys deleted your air bag what resistor value and amps did you use to silence the srs light?
i'm really tempted to remove my airbag yet still keep the guts functional if a subsequent owner wants a functioning bag/unmolested car.

no but it's just a few 10mm bolts. don't sweat it.

3 phillips screws. 3-4 10mm bolts under the bolster. take both of those pieces off and the airbag computer is the big huge orange box with about 3 plugs in it. Just unplug all those and remove the computer. No more flashing light, and no more possibility of the airbag exploding like if you just take out the bulb.

Yes, at least unplug the computer under the steering wheel like I outlined above and the light will go off.
