Bought it more for 4WD driving on the beach and towing my racecar than the one day of snow we get here every 2 years!

300k+ mile e30 on Hakka 5s. Yes, winter use will eventually turn it into a rust colored spot in the driveway, but such is life...

Last winter I was rocking a '95 540i/6, this year it's an '87 325 4 door on Blizzaks...I'll sure miss heated seats, but at least this one has actual heat :D (heater core was dead in the 540 so I drove all winter with no heat/defrost...what a nightmare)

That is the exact truck that I would like to replace my '94 Chevy Z71 with in another 2 or 3 years.

            Here's muh beata....

Don't laugh, it's a beast in the snow.

I bet it is! Unless it's just an eta with ix flares/sideskirts. lol.

My eta is the winter beater. I'm currently looking for an early audi 4000 quattro.

Is winter when it is 62 degrees and we bring out our huge jackets? Cause I drive this since it has heated seats and 4x4 for when it rains.

Shot was actually taken in the middle of winter and I had AC on.

You are joking right??????? You have to be, no way anyone needs 4wd for just rain.

Bill, thanks, and no it will not be for sale, that truck will be rebuilt at least once before I buy a new one. I looked for nearly a year to find that engine/color/cab configuration/option combo

2004 GMC Canyon Silver Birch - 4 x 4 on the fly! Falken Radial 20 " pimp Mud and Snow rated tires. Heated power leather seats. It laughs at the snow.

How did you get leather in a 04 leather was not even an option till 05. I had a 04 new in 04 and the only 2 options I would have wanted were not available till 05 and they were sun roof and leather.

It will stop laughing at the snow when it gets to more than 6-7 inches. then it will put its tail between its legs.

Had the 4x4 on about half a dozen times in the 6 years I've had it. Did it once in the rain to launch it but yea I never use 4x4 even when I am up in Big Bear or the Nevada mountains. It doesn't help me stop any better and thats what I really need when its slick out.

It must have been an option on the '04 Canyon as that is the model designation and it does have dark grey leather. Its super nice and easy to clean / care for.

Ive had it in over 6 inches of fresh powder and it just plows through. I can break traction and do 4 wheel drive burnouts if I want to just by dropping my boot into it and then easing up to control the direction.

The sunroof would have been a nice option as well. No doubt, but alas could not find one with it in the Silver Birch.
