Skid Plate Options - What to do?

So I will be lowering the car when all the parts get here. It will be a daily driven vehicle but also when be hoping rumble strips at the track and just want to be protected...

Some vendors sell some and some sites sell some. Currently M20 powered and would like to keep the same skid plate when I M52 swap so that is something to consider...

    What does everyone think?

Peerless also makes a skidplate. I'm pretty sure the latest iteration of it is universal.

This is the main one I was considering. Essentially weld on the base plates and then bolt on the rest. Is a template included I assume?

That one does look beefy! Wonder what the total weight is?

How are you guys breaking oils pans so easily? I have yet to have a problem and I've been over some pretty rough stuff here in pothole land.

I hit a random section of dislodged curb in the wee hours of the morning, no room to avoid with traffic.

I've had his for close to a year (or more?) and I love it. Very well made and definitely a strong piece.

i'm not sure if this would work, considering ejnight makes different skidplates for M20s and 24V motors.

anyway, with that said, ejnight's skidplates are extremely well made and fit perfectly. they've saved me from a few disasters, and its kinda cool seeing all the marks on the skidplate, seeing it still in great condition, and knowing that it would be other parts of your car taking the brunt of the damage if it weren't there.

I have 3 skid plates from Ejnight on all my e30 cars, euro s50, us s50 and m42, tested and proven, all the cars are slammed and the skid plate is very tough, excellent protection, I highly recommend that
