My chain keeps on getting loose and i keep tighting it and it keeps on falling and when i get it going it gets stuck and jumps on the top rail gid. any comment on what i need to do please help

Fuck me I would not be starting that. Need more info though what hve you done to it recently did it just start doing this or did you do somthing then it started I can't really see any reason why the chain would be loose unless your chain tensioner is fucked.
