Yes. 5mph.
The pics make the rust look worse than it is. The underside was painted without any sanding before my ownership. The paint has since then started to peel, and the rust hasn't helped it. I can peel off the paint with my fingers to reveal clean metal.
The sway bar link was busted in the collision. That's what the pic was supposed to show.
The car will not be parted out, and the rust will be resolved shortly. I hadn't noticed it before. (I never had any reason to look up there.)
