    how to ship bumpers?

Have any of you shipped bumpers? if so, how did you wrap them, who did you ship through, and how much did it cost?

    Thanks!

wrap individually, then put front bumper inside of the rear and wrap all together in bubble wrap around corners and plastic wrap the entire package. If you have brakets to ship as well, put all hardware in a box that fits in the gap between bumpers. I've shiped 5 sets this way, never a problem.

      Bumpers \side skirts

I shipped my BBS side skirts first wrapped in bubble wrap then shrink wrap, and then put regular tape. Shipped via UPS with insurence. Price was not bad at all.
It's not bumers but you get the idea.
      Good luck

Shipped one set of plastics, rear is more expensive to ship. Both are Oversized in terms of shipping size/weight.

Fedex ground 50-60 front and about 70-80 rear iirc. This was with all the hardware/bumper shocks.

Here is one way to do it:

This is how td325ic shipped me my entire plastic bumper swap plus valence, foglights, trim, etc. Overkill and a decent amount of work as he built a frame out of wood then covered it in cardboard, but it worked to perfection.

He shipped it via Greyhound from CA to MS and I think the shipping costs were $80-90. I highly recommend using Greyhound to ship larger items-the cost is much cheaper plus you normally can get the items a couple of days sooner.
