Good or bad?

So heres the deal. I bought a MINT 1991, one owner, and all original 318is about 2 months ago. I have probably driven it no more than 5 times. I picked it up for only a mear 1g. Car only has 109k and was garaged and babied by the owner.

The proposal..... My friend currently has an 86 325is shell that has been painted black(engine bay still cirrus blue). The vehicle has full suspension work everything brand new urathane mounts all around. comes on some 15x7.5 borbet type a's with some meaty tires. Fuel cell already in the trunk. And he will be swapping in an m50 into the car for the trade..... Downside. the car will be missing the front and rear bumper and the front supports have been cut up in order to place his front mount that he had previously. Do you think it is a good trade?

Bad trade for you...

1)There was no 325is in 86
2)M50 is nothing special...hardly more interesting than an m20
3)fuel cell in trunk? has the car been cut? why?
4)His cars paint and body sounds like a clusterfuck

Don't waste your time...enjoy your well sorted car and leave the headaches to your friend...if you want more power, do it right(S5X).

Thanks for the advice. I was torn back and forth and my immediate group of friends who also talk shit about the e30's were telling me to trade. But I guess I just needed a better opinion. Im trying to see if he would trade for my daily driver with cash on top but I dont see it happening.
