                    If I had to venture a guess either that long stud broke or the bottom washer on the bushing broke, meaning the worn bushing just slid off the stud.

                              It looks like the bracket at the bottom broke. If it was rusted and broke or something, I'm guessing it could work the nut loose and then drop off. Or pull the whole stud out. But then again, the stud coming out would probably break the bracket. Who knows what came first.

                                I've done 4 car's rear subframe bushing's a couple wacks with a hammer pop's them out no problem. All Canadian car's too. (salt)
