FWIW, it hasn't rained in SoCal in a few days. He should be off his ass trying to ship the engine.
What's his address? If it's not too far I might be able to stop by and see wtf is up.

I noticed in his bimmerforums ad he states "Local Pick-up only, Located in the Cerritos area."
So he wasnt prepared to ship this engine... I wouldnt be so quick to jump to conclusions, however with that amount of money spent and intermittent contact with the guy I think it would be a good idea to file a claim now. Perhaps that may speed things up a bitLast edited by e30lov; 12-15-2009, 07:33 PM.

Yeah dude i agreee... i mean i try to be understanding on most things and it has worked out in my favor, but $1600 is a lot of money. The most i've sold anything for, which was a pair of seats, has been for about $800, and it took me a few days to ship them out. Even with that i didnt feel right having them sit there until i could get to it. Like i said... $1600 is a lot of money.
