License plate holder.. what can I use

I have a euro plate.. and I have a fix it ticket. -____- and I read in the DMV article the front plate needs to be mounted in a visible position and secured. What can I do to completely secure it in a visible position lol. I use to have a hair tie around my visor and flipped it out so the plate would show. But what's a better idea?

The guy has a nice looking car, no need to clutter it up with extra crap hanging in the window.

I know I have the option to keep the CA plate on and the Euro plate. My question was for advice on options without putting the CA plate on ya dig..

You're in Cali. You don't really have any other options if you don't want a ticket.

two license plates on the front just looks stupid. mount the plate where it belongs and as others have said, if you have to have a euro plate, put it on for meets or something.

Even though you forgot the question mark, your question was "What can I do to completely secure it in a visible position"

I think the best idea would be to attach the CA plate to the front bumper.

If you really like your plate, just mount your CA plate in front of the Euro one.
                        It's kinda ugly bet ehh..
