Who Do You Insure your car with?

So I'm in the process of insuring my new car. I was hoping some of you guys can share your experience with your provider. The information I'm looking for are: your age, driving record, premium rate, coverage range. Reason I'm asking is that my family decided that my e30 is not worth insuring with the family plan (they don't really approve of the e30) so I'm going to pay for insurance myself. I've gotten a few quotes but there are so many factors I never really considered, such as full coverage, medical, collission etc...

State farm. I pay a little over 100$. I am 18, have a good student discount, safe driver discount, took some kinda program to get some money knocked off. I have 1 ticket, but I took traffic school. I'm under my moms plan and we have our house and our 3 other cars on the same plan, so we get a discount from that. Hope that helps some.

22yo, liability only, farm bureau insurance, on my parent's plan still. Have multi car discount, one speeding ticket, about $60/month. I also have renter's insurance for myself through them.

Traveler's, I think around $750 a year. I'm 18, so that's pretty dang good. No tickets, good student discount, etc.

The real question here is, your family doesn't approve of the E30? Time to disown them...

^haha they'll never understand how to appreciate a beauty like an e30. Unfortunately, I care about what they think and we came to a compromise.

I have Progressive, its all lumped in with the whole family fleet and all the vehicles for the farm so I'm not sure how much my share is.
