Left bellow bolts loose on a customer's laser. 4000 watts of light catches flame resistant anything on fire.

it didn't have a coolant temp gauge or an oil pressure gauge either, the voice would tell you when it was gunna blow up lol

I've done that twice changing pads at the track. good thing nothing was in the spot behind me!

I've also left a wrench on the crank bolt after doing a valve adjustment, lucky I don't have a clutch fan and nothing has ever been damaged.

I also forgot to tighten down the front hubs after replacing some suspension parts. lucky it didn't damage the bearings!

While on a float/camping trip, my friends Tacoma was overcome with a flat tire at our campsite. We jacked up the truck and fiddled with the spare as he looked for the key to lower it via cable from the rear. He, being a mighty barrel-chested gent, could not shimmy under the chassis. I offered my services, being a bit more demure. As he searched, and shook, the trucks cabin, I peered and pryed beneath. He exited the cab sans key and any idea of where the spare lowering key may reside. I decided to scoot between the frame rail and spare, and begin the arduous task of slicing through the thin metal cable. Armed with only a mini hacksaw, the truck swayed with every movement. Up until the last few strands of tinsle it never dawned on me that I may be in danger. Lying on my side I kept splitting hairs of metal until the spare freed itself and dropped to the grassy earth. The truck quickly followed it to the ground. Resting on its rear drum, the 2WD Taco had just enough space for me to shimmy out from under the rear. I gazed at the scissor jack for a moment, and headed to the cooler for a beer or 7.

I have a sneaking suspicion that it probably wouldn't have ended too well... Her response to me talking about it was, "is that dangerous?" followed by a "Yeah they're wiggly lol"

Probably a reason the constant droning of her rear wheel bearing hadn't been fixed yet...
