Not all cool and editted, but it's part 1 :P
You're welcome . ;)
Yeah that video is from the first event/get-together in the middle of August '04 .
It was shot by a friend of the guy with the riced out gold/bronze Renault . Thats wht the footage is of it mostly .
The cool second video (pt II) was just made a few weeks ago in December '04 .
I've got about 2 dozen small vids from that first event saved , they are about 20-30 seconds long each .
Since I just shut down my site I no longer have a place to host them or I would .
I can sent them to whoever though .
The same light blue E30 was there as well as a black E30 .
Those 2 cars are in about 7-8 of the short vids .
About that light blue E30 , in the pt 2 vid there are only 2 E30's , that same light blue one and another black one .
The blue one started out looking nice and after that drift session and a few others it ended up looking pretty ratty .
Its the same car with and without the stickers .
And yes its got a twin-cam M50 in it . You can really hear the engine well in the little vids from August .
No pics of the eng but heres a pic of the guys tow vehicle and all the tires he brings out .
And heres the black E30 from pt 1 and his tow vehicle :
Sorry they are so friggin huge .
Whoever said they are Austrians is way wrong .
Those guys are all from and in Slovenia . Most of them are from the city of Ljubljana .
The track is named Mobikrog and its outside of Ljubljana .
I never said they were Austrians! but thier license plates sure as hell are from Austria. so if you put 1+1 I would assume they are austrian if thier cars are registered in Austria.
I was in Ljubljana over Christmas, that place is gorgeous! Nice that I speak the language, too :) Well, croatian's close enough. How do you know so much about the Slovenians, Teaguer? Govoris li hrvatski?
my good buddys from slovenia, he's got a house there too. he's going over this spring, how easy would it be for him to locate euro bumpers? and if so howhard to bring them back?
OK , looks like someone over on Bf.c came up with the goods . (thanks Sammyzuko )
I guess we can say that THIS is the official part 1 .
You'll want to "right click and save as" , its a long vid , 14minutes long .
Good stuff though , its got 3 E30's , a "ic" with M-tech I ft spoiler and painted bumpers , a M-tech II "is" and a M-tech I "is" .
Also has the kick ass guy with the blue M Coupe and a nice E36 cabrio with hardtop .
Nice editing in this one too , although the sountrack is all over the place from D12 & Eminem and Dr Dre all the way to Elvis . :?
About knowing so much about Slovenians : I don't , but I know how to use the interweb . :P
No , actually I'm half Austrian and I know Europe , and I have been to Slovenia once or twice .
I'm watching the first one...
WOW I never realized how unique the BMW Straight six sounds.
You could call it before the car even got on screen.
That 205 GTi was pretty cool too. Good sound coming out of that little 1.9
