It has been four months since I completed my part of the bargain and over a month since I have heard a word from Luke. Including ignoring numerous emails/pm and posts I made in transaction feedback as well as his thread about his new wheels.

I have no choice but to post that he stole my Mini Disk Changer that he received on 8/23/2004.

Ignore this Luke.

Look in the thread he created about his new rims. You will see he posted after I did referring to my changer and he said nothing about it. I posted again after he posted and he has as yet to post there again.

For those who care....

Stefan had an old (1995) MD changer to trade for a 10 disk Kenwood changer. I have been wanting a MD changer for quite a while.His MD changer was beat to shit, but he never said otherwise. The unit was in exactly the shape he said it was in, plus he had pictures.

I told Stefan I would love to do a trade, but had no changer available, if he still had it when I found one, great, done deal.

HE insisted that he send it to me immediately, against my better judgement.

I told Stefan it may be months until I find a decent CD changer to trade him for his MD Changer. I thought I had a great used changer, but will not work with Stefans deck. Even Kenwood tech support was stumped on that one.

Stefan needed a Sirius tuner, I had a spare...I GAVE it to him. Shipped it within a day or two, with the antenna.
Not worth much, but just as a gesture.

I sent another changer to repair. Parts to stabilise tracking not avalable. Still plays, but skips like hell over any bump or even acceleration.

Still looking for a good 10 disk changer. Not gonna ship one without complete trust that it is in perfect working order. Especailly with Stefan being such a weenie about the whole deal. Already spent $40 to get the changer I had diagnosed, so...

Stefan, I TOLD you it may be MONTHS before I find a decent used changer. I offered to send your MD back, I offered to sell you a new Excelon changer well below cost (me covering about 50% of cost) all kinds of options, but you chose to be a petulant little victim.

So, now I am a thief?

Slow to respond, yes. Ignoring your fucking messages, yes. Unwilling to send out a inadequate part, yes. Busy as hell, working 7 days a week, driving over and hour each way commuting to work, yes. STILL pestering my Kenwood reps to find a decent refurb unit, which would cost me WAY more than the fucking MD changer is worth, so I could send it off to Stefan to shut him the fuck up.

(I tell you what, if you are gonna do business with this guy, have all of your shit ready. He has the patience of a 3rd grader).

Stefan, at this point, I am going to give you two choices. You can have $50.00, which is more than that MD unit is worth, I can mail it to you monday. Certified check, money order or fucking stamps for all I care. I will not send you a personal check, nor will I do PayPal. I am sure you could find one in a pawnshop or ebay and take your chances. Or, you could just shut the fuck up and wait, like I said you would, and I will find you an excellent condition Kenwood 10 disk CD changer.

I am not willing to listen to you whine if I were to find one in a pawnshop for you only to find it has troubles too. Don't you already have one from a pawnshop that skips? Did you ever stop to think that even though I am slow to respond that just maybe I am taking care of you on this?

I wish I could say I am sorry, I wish I could say I will find you one next week, but in my world, months means MONTHS.

You are the bigest liar I have ever met. You NEVER said anything about months. You never offered to return the MD changer, You said it might take you a little while. Not four months. You are the person that has hidden behind the internet. You have stolen my MD player, you have completely ignored me for months. Now you have the nerve to say I am impatient? Fuck you. The unit is a 900.00 1995 MD80 that looks bad but works PERFECTLY. I said so & sent pictures so why do you bring this up????

The only reason I got the last two replies I got from you (over a month ago) is because I pm'd Jordan because I didn't want to take this public. You need to check yourself because you are WRONG it is bad enough to not follow through when you agree to a deal but it is STEALING when you do it then ignore the person that was STUPID to TRUST YOU!

Send me back my MD Changer or send me the CD changer. Those are the only acceptable solutions. Or as I said before you are aTHIEF!

Luke has been NOTHING but stellar when it came to helping me in my choice of deck. I find him to be a very reliable and honest person. He has gone out of his way on more than one occasion for me.

If you have an issue with Luke, you need to take a look at yourself and ask" how am I contributing to this problem". Because I can pretty much guarantee that the issue lies in miscommunication, and impatience on your part.

Did you pay him first and then get what you paid for? I did and still over four months later I wait and he ignores me. Finally he replies with lies and bullshit.

I have had many transactions on this board most have been perfect. Ask Unchill, he sent me a leather boot in advance which I sent payment for immediately as I said I would.
