I gotta take mine off. Got a huge intake leak, diving me nuts.

        Picked this kit up:

How do I get the filter out of the injector? I want to run some cleaner through them...

You dont. That screen needs to stay in there. just soak the tips in some cleaner.

I can already see gunk coming from them. I'll let them soak overnight and then slap everything together when the rebuild kit comes in the next few days. I'll update then, thanks again for all the answers guys...

have fun with the spring loaded tube underneath the manifold when you're putting it back on. Use some really small zip ties to keep the spring compressed and then clip them once it's on...or else you're really going to have fun with it ;)

That, and remove the long stud from the head, and replace it with a bolt. It'll make it a LOT easier to reinstall.

Whats the reason for that? Once I had everything disconnected it slipped out easily, so I'm figuring it should slip on just as easy...I have alot of room to work with I think.

No, they were powder coated. I am going to drop off that little part that is connected to the FPR with the long hose on the manifold. I completely forgot about it and don't like the way it looks silver.
