I would take my car to 8k in between stop signs if it felt as good as a f20. The only reason i don't do that to my car is it smells like burning oil an 20 year old motor when I reach my destination.

      ^^^Hmmm hostility much??? lol.
No man of course not. We're all here for our own entertainment. If you ever hung out with me you'd know Im just a ball buster, I really dont mean anything by it.

And Erick walks the walk, is out on the track often so say what you want.

WOW you are retarded. I stopped reading when you said the s14 is a piss slow motor. You have no credibility. Just rent a gun buy one bullet and well you know the rest. Damn you have no idea.
Please, school us, your automotive highness. I beg you, show us the way to automotive greatness.

I do not like how the S2000 handles. Early ones are twitchy and feel like the rear-end was designed by a bunch of retards who just wanted to finger paint on the wall in their own poop. The 2005 revision was better, but still a long way short of what I'd call "decent".

Not to blow my own trumpet here, but I was a motoring journo for a few years and tested all manner of stock and highly modified performance cars and I think the S2000 was best enjoyed as an on-paper statistical experience. 9k, bullshit kW per litre, RWD, two seat, good torsional rigidity, good weight balance... but it just didn't transfer into actual on-road enjoyment.

As a roadster, the MX5 is a much better car. An MX5 with an F20C would just about be Japan's best ever sports car, IMO.

I'd have an S2000 over some piece of shit K24 Silvia. Nissan's 4-cylinder motors are the equivalent of rotting vaginal discharge left behind a BBQ covered in fish heads and old milk.

The SR20 is one step above the KA - it's still a shit motor IMO.

Spec R S15 isn't that much of a hot deal. I've driven plenty of JDM and Aus-market examples (Spec S, Spec R, "Nismo" ones, etc) and they're all pretty same-same and need a shitload of modifying before they get anywhere near interesting (or fast). Best thing going for an S15 is its looks.

Better, but still a nugget motor.

My experience with the SR20s I've worked on is that they're out-dated and suffer from Nissan taking shortcuts. The VE would be the engine I'd pick to build into a monster if I did it again (2.2, GT3582, 290+ deg cams, dry sump)

                          Do the eta!!! hahaha.

2250 is midway, i'd say it puts down about 145lbs of tq, and about 30 hp. :p
