Yes, the team is still going to be known as BMW Sauber because the team was known as BMW Sauber. The legality of the name is to keep this name. They could even drop the Ferrari part and run that way.

To the hype of his last name or the hype of his career? Because I have heard little hype as to his career. I think it will be hard for him this year to assert himself. As long as he consistently finishes ahead of the Virgins, Hispania, and possibly the Lotus I will consider this year a success for him.Comment

Details on this? Supposedly they dropping a car as well 'tomorrow'.
*edit*
Nevermind hadn't checked Formula1.com today. Chandhok? 18th last season in GP2? Didn't even Force India and VJ pass him over when making the 'Team of India'? Going to be rough with Senna and Chandhok their guys. Not much help on the car development front.
BMW Sauber is the team name. By keeping the name it kept their spot on the grid. Assuming Sauber has the money to run next year I assume the name will be changed as they submit their 2011 entry.
Excited for another thread to talk F1!Comment
