Good choice show cars? What's hot?

I'm bored right now, and one of my friend's pals is an older professional type and does a show car thing for fun and shit. He has seven sponsorships, five fullies, and has some features in mags. He's looking to move on to a new project in the future.

My question is what is hot these days? Popular, but not overplayed. He has a S2000 right now, with vertical lift doors, lol.

I wouldn't mind getting to know him better and maybe be there to lend my .02 when it comes to moving on. Thanks.

I haven't been able to meet him, but have chatted with him before. He is a good friend of one of my best friends, it has just been hard to be involved with much back home when away at school.

He's actually done a good job keeping his car looking clean and not rice. The lift doors he doesn't even dig that much, but he knows they would attract attention and he got the hookup.

It'd be awesome though to be able to help him out and be apart of the effort. And I thought the people in the community might read Import Tuner and know what is the mad hot JDM shit these days.
