Sorry, im kind of a noob, but why would I have to upgrade the strut housings? Is it 100% necessary, or just something people do to enhance the rigidity of the chassis?
Well, the front strut housings on the early 318 are thin for a reason, they didn't have to be thicker or have vented rotors because the m10 is so fricking light. When you put a heavier 24v or m30 engine doesn't it make sense to upgrade the struts and brakes?

;)
Im going to do the brakes anyways, and a strut brace for the front and back, Would that be enough?
