Yes, you can, at better ones.

However READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!

Likely it is too cold to do it now, especially with the ventilation you NEED.

Do NOT clean the rust off, POR15 converts rust, so if you clean it you are screwed.

If it is just a little surface rust, wire brush it and use rustoleum.

In the unheated garage I had, my carpet had 4 weeks with basically no improvement.

I finally put the carpet and a small electric heater in my van and ran an extension cord out to it. Dry in 12 to 14 hours!

1st you have to rinse it out at least so it doesn't always smell bad/sweet. Get the coolant off it. After just squeegee it out.

A week ago I was running autocross then suddenly the heater core blew out and threw all the hot water on my foot and gave me a second degree burn so be carefull.

found the fucking leak, finally.

it appears to be coming from the engine side of the two hoses and running in, then down onto the floor.

regarding carpet, i used dish soap and a hose.... sounds ghetto but w/e.

to uhh.... speed up this drying process, i put that silica absorber stuff on top of it, think that will mess up the carpet?
