It looks like we got a set of 18" staggered rims locally. Next week we will test fit them. These came originanly from other e46 4 door. O.Z. Superllegera (sp?) Forged 2 piece.
Now, not sure what brand/model of tires buy. Any suggestions? Soemthing sporty, but not rock solid wall, too much cracks on the roads here to keep recieveing vibes/hits from hard side wall tires. A compound that sticky on the dry surface like a semi slcik tire! No problem if they don't last long enough.
He currently have the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS3 (?) and it's a nice tire, combines comforty, sporty look, very good grip and quite. Perhaps a identical set of these if we don't find anything really good...but I would love to try another brand/model.
Any suggestions?
What is UUC TSE?

You used the words "pimp out." So first on your list should be a new vocabulary. Second should be sub frame reinforcement, go look at how bad these things fall apart. Then a set of bbs and go low, set of good pads and that's all it needs. As far as color goes, nothing beats lugina on an e46. Remis sounds nice IMO so I would go that route on exhaust.
Unless he has plans to track the car or is planing on serious power "big brakes" really are not needed. A super charger works better for an e46 and the turbo kits cost way to much.
If he really wants to be boss hog then get him some ITBs or ditch the drive by wire shit.Originally posted by Beej '86 325esevery time an M-tech 1 spoiler is destroyed, a baby seal dies.87 325:83 jetta coupe:99 volvo c70:99 volvo s70Originally posted by JparkrThe last thing we need are more of the retards on here thinking they are engineers too.Comment

A turbo setup is going to make a lot more power. I don't know where you got the impression that a supercharger "works better". Supercharger setups are more inexpensive, and simpler. Turbo setups make better power.
ITBs are a horrible idea.Comment

does this car have the zhp package? or is it just a regular 330i with a few M sport bits? as others have said - 1st thing is sub frame reinforcement - wheels I think 18's look fine, but its a personal preference - I had staggered bayern mesh 18's on mine and the rears looked a little small (due to the wide lip) they def. looked smaller than the stock zhp rims - as far as blues - I would stay away from laguna on a 330i and I think Mysticblau Metallic would look tits for sureComment
